Please mark your calendars for the following research-related events this semester.

  1. Joint event with Colleges of Education and Social Work: Feb 21, 10:30-1:30pm, SJMC318, signup due date: Feb 7. This is a faculty-only event. Register
  2. 7th CIC Research Symposium: Mar 21, 12-2pm, SJMC106, signup link will come later. This event is open to students, faculty and staff. 
  3. BaUX Lab VR Training: Specifical dates TBD (likely in March or April). More information to come. This event is open to students, faculty and staff. 
  4. Lunch and Learn with Dr. Marcia Mardis
    April 2, 11:30-1:00pm, SJMC225, signup link will come later. This event is open to students, faculty and staff. Dr. Mardis is a Professor at the School of Information of Florida State University. Her research areas include community disaster resilience, technician education, professional identity, K-12 STEM, broadband, and educational informatics. Her research is relevant to both of our schools. Very excited to bring her in.
