Painted by Philip Mullen in 1978. Mullen is a renowned artist that has been exhibited nationally and internationally. His work is not only part of the permanent collections at McKissick Museum, but also the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C., Brooklyn Museum in New York, Sonje Museum of Contemporary Art in South Korea, among others. He specializes in the use of acrylic paints.
