Yuhan Chen received her bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature at Shanghai University in mainland, China in 2020, and then studied English-Chinese interpretation as her master's major at Fudan University for next two years. She is now pursuing a PhD in Comparative Literature at the University of South Carolina. Her academic interests include Chinese folklore studies, gender studies and the history of sexuality, as well as film studies.
