If the system requests you answer Part II questions, your disclosure will be routed to the appointed COI Authorized Reviewer. The reviewer will determine whether there is a potential conflict in need of a management plan and will contact you via the system and an automated email if a management plan is required.  If you are required to complete a management plan, the plan should be sent back for approval within 30 days.
