Background

After 27 years with the Diocese of Charleston as the finance director for both St. John Neumann and Cardinal Newman schools, Meredith Patten joins the School of Law as the director of finance and human resource operations.  She has a bachelor's in finance from Loyola College (now University) in Baltimore Maryland where she was born and raised.  She is the proud mother of four grown children, one of whom attended The Arnold School of Public Health at South Carolina.  Living in a 'house divided,' Patten says her family happily roots for both South Carolina and Clemson.  Her husband, Kevin, is the vice president of finance and administration for Central Carolina Community Foundation.
