Biography  

Gretchen joined the School of Medicine in 2024 and serves as Project Manager for Undergraduate Medical Education. She brings more than a decade of experience in medical education, with expertise in project management, curriculum operations, and process improvement. In her role, Gretchen manages multiple UME initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support educational programs and data-informed decision-making. Prior to joining the School of Medicine, Gretchen served as Associate Director of Undergraduate Medical Education at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where she led curriculum operations and supported innovative initiatives benefiting students and faculty.
